Our most essential step is to have a Global Film Library. Art and Culture need continuous efforts for conservation and preservation. Film is an art form that integrates several art forms. Therefore, it needs bigger efforts for conservation and preservation. We are moving on the path of promoting and executing these ideas.
The basic aim of the Library is to bring the world cinemas under one roof and ensure promotion, preservation and conservation of films of all countries and of all genres – all kinds of cinema- and work as a catalyst for cultural exchange between different continents.
We commit that money received from all the sources would be spent only on Library activities and not on any other activity. The statement of income and expenditure would be provided on demand to every contributor of the Library. Also details will be available on website.
The first film submitted to the unique Library is ‘THE PLACE IS NOW’, produced by Igor Mamlenkov from Russia and jointly directed by Garik Wiskin from Russia and Wayne Scott from England.
THE BASIC AIM OF THE LIBRARY IS TO BRING THE WORLD CINEMAS UNDER ONE ROOF and ensure promotion, preservation and conservation of films of all countries and of all genres - all kinds of cinema- and work as a catalyst for cultural exchange between different continents.
THE FILM LIBRARY WOULD BE DIVIDED INTO FIVE SECTIONS General Film Library I Online Film Library I World’s Largest Film Library with Most Secure Film Vault I World Cinema and Cultural Studies Centre I Film Preservation, Conservation and Restoration Centre.
THE LIBRARY TO BE COMPLETED IN FOUR PHASES.
ANYONE CAN AVAIL THE LIBRARY SERVICES AND VIEW THE FILMS BY BECOMING ITS MEMBER.
FILM PRODUCES/DIRECTORS CAN SUBMIT FILMS OF ALL CATEGORIES, subjects, languages made with all kinds of budgets, duration and of all countries.
LIBRARY WILL ANNOUNCE EVERY MONTH TOP FILMS out of total submissions by rating all films (first to last submission) on website.
IN OCTOBER EVERY YEAR THE LIBRARY WILL ORGANIZE A FILM FESTIVAL
in Jaipur (or elsewhere) based on the twenty top rated films/entries of the year in each category
IT IS OBVIOUS THAT SUCH EFFORTS COULD SUCCEED WITH THE HELP OF ALL. We require support from all sections of the film industry, Government and film lovers.
WE COMMIT THAT MONEY RECEIVED FROM ALL THE SOURCES WOULD BE SPENT ONLY ON LIBRARY ACTIVITIES and not on any other activity. Target for Phase I - INR 2.00 Crore or 300000 $ : Setting up of General Library in Jaipur.
SUPPORT THIS UNIQUE IDEA

Audience will choose the top ten films/posters/songs (not screenplays) by voting, out of all screened films/songs & selected posters in this festival. The top film will be awarded with the cash prize of INR 100000/- and certificate and memento. The other top nine films will be awarded certificates and mementos.
From Library Committee

Meanwhile the Cultural Study Centre would launch a research project of audio-video documentation of Rajasthani culture.
For this project cooperation of the Govt. would be sought.
A new concept for service to film makers: The Library will provide a unique service. Any producer, director or a production house can use this service. If anyone desires so the Library on his/her behalf will submit copy of his/her film to any film festival or send the copy to any destination of his/her choice. The Library would send the copy of the desired film using both the on-line and off-line medium, whichever is available. In this way the Library would be a major support tool for every film maker or production house.
The films would be preserved and protected in any eventuality of natural disasters like fire and earthquake. The films would remain protected and preserved in the man-made disasters too like wars and terrorist attacks in particular region.
1. There is no profit venture behind the ambitious project.
2. We have provisions of naming the Library its sections, office room, theaters, guest house and helipad as per your choice. (For further information Click here)

2. The information of activities like film screenings, workshops, seminars, training programmes, celebrity meets and donor parties would be given via emails, SMS and on our website.
It is obvious that such efforts could succeed with the help of all. We require support from all sections of the film industry, Government and film lovers. One can help by becoming a member by donation, name of the Library and by submission of film.
