9. Web Series (submit maximum 10 web series, if selected by the jury, only one will be shortlisted from all the submissions)

(Any subject which create Fairer & Fearless Delhi, which empowers the citizen, children and women that they can live in Delhi without any fear)
11D. COLORFUL DELHI & CULTURAL DELHI
(Any film based on Delhi culture, history, traditions etc.),
