Submit your film. Library family will give a lot of benefits and facilities to initial submitters. We will invite first 10 submitters to the gala opening of the Library soon on our expenses. Next 100 submitters will be reimbursed one way air fare and next 100 submitters will be offered local hospitality in Jaipur during the mega launching of the Library….and much for 1st to 1000 submitters….
An International Committee, consisting of members from different countries, will give ratings to all the submitted films/songs/posters/ad films/screenplays every month. All top rated entries (in each category) of the year will be screened and awarded in Library Film Festival, to be held in October every year. SUBMIT THE FILM IN LIBRARY, SUBMISSION PROCESS, FORM & RULES
Film produces/directors can submit films of all categories, subjects, languages made with all kinds of budgets, duration and of all countries. The films would be selected on the basis of following selection process. The Library will preserve the films and use them as per contract (according to submission form). Any concerned person/ institution/ country would be eligible to get single or multiple copies of the films submitted by them to the Library. The cost of copies and dispatch would be borne by the concerned entities which would be on actual expense basis. They would also be able to ask Library to send the copies of their work to any person or to any film festival or offline.
The Library will be very useful for film makers and production companies. It will also save their works from damage caused by any natural calamity like flood, tremors or any other causes like fire, war etc. in particular region.

NOTE FOR SUBMITTERS (rating for the all submitted films)
Library will announce every month top films out of total submissions by rating all films (first to last submission figure) on website. List will be declared in next three months but we will inform to all submitters by mail. At the end of year we will declare the yearly top list with ratings and top twenty films of the year in each category.
LIBRARY FILM FESTIVAL
In October every year the Library will organize a film festival in Jaipur at Golcha Cinema based on the top rated films/entries of the year in each category like Feature Fiction, Documentary Feature, Animation Feature, Short Fiction, Short Documentary, Short Animation, Ad Film, Song and Poster. Audience will choose the top films/posters/songs (not screenplays) by voting, out of all screened films/songs & selected posters in this festival. The top film will be awarded with the cash prize and certificate and memento. The other top films will be awarded certificates and mementos.
WHO CAN SUBMIT THE FILM IN LIBRARY?
Film maker/s, Director/s or Producer/s from all over the world can send or submit.
All award winning films at JIFF from 2017 onwards.
Library Committee will invite the film/films.
SUBMISSION & SELECTION PROCESS
Film Maker/s, Director/s or Producer/s from all over the world can send or submit their film/s. A selection/rating committee consisting of members from film fraternity and film scholars would select the film for inclusion in the Library.
Committee members would be giving points to the submitted films and any film receiving at least 90 points out of maximum 100 points will become part of the World's Most Secure Section.
Films receiving 71-89 points will be part of the Main Library.
Films receiving 51-70 points will be part of the General Library.
Films receiving less than 50 points will be preserved separately.
CATEGORIES AND FEE (till 10th September, 2017)
Fee is for one time and for life time for submission in the Library.
This fee also include LIBRARY INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL submission fee, so do not pay again for Library Film Festival.
So you can submit your film in Library or Library Film Festival, it will be part of both automatically.
All films will be part of rating system.
Top rated films will be announced every month.
Top rated films/entries will be screened in Library Film Festival. (released/produced after 1st January 2016). Films release/produced before 1st January 2016 will be part of rating system and Library.
Fee will be increased 25% quarterly after September, 2017
